How Can the Professional Community Influence Teachers’ Work Engagement? The Mediating Role of Teacher Self-Efficacy

The sustainable development of education requires the continuous engagement teachers, and professional community has long been considered an important facilitator teacher engagement. However, teachers’ often analyzed as a unified construct, thus question how is enhanced remains unanswered. Based on conservation resources theory, in this study, we investigated work was affected by crossover job between (including shared norms, collective responsibility, collaboration, reflective dialogue) teachers (self-efficacy). sample included 1123 primary secondary school China. Covariance structural modeling used to test our hypotheses. Shared norms responsibility played fundamental role positively predicted which turn dialogue.
